A pair of bighorn rams working the sagebrush along the Rio Grande Gorge rim near Taos as the first gold light spreads under a bank of heavy cloud. The Sangre de Cristos sit low on the horizon and the gorge itself is a dark slot just out of frame. High desert sunrise with very little to spare. A moody, wide wildlife print with real atmosphere.
