The Story Behind This Shot
Aspen leaves held right against the front of the lens and blown into soft gold smears, with a whole turning hillside sitting sharp in the gap between them. A cheap trick that works every time if you find the right branch. The forest goes on doing its thing behind the blur.
A layered, painterly autumn print that feels like standing inside the grove.
