The Story Behind This Shot
A Colorado lake gone completely quiet under a foot of snow with one weathered log left out to keep score. Gray days have their own kind of honest light and they flatter a scene like this. Snow-loaded pines running up the far slope.
A subdued, near-monochrome winter print with a lot of quiet in it.
