The Story Behind This Shot
The famous logs, the famous peak, and a sunrise doing its part at Dream Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park. Hallett and Flattop catch that first orange while a cloud spills over the ridge. Dream Lake gets photographed ten thousand times a year because mornings like this keep happening.
One of the most recognizable views in Colorado and a consistently strong print.
