The Story Behind This Shot

An American flag standing alone on a dirt two-track outside Fairplay with a hillside of gold aspens running up behind it under a hard blue sky. Somebody put that there and drove off. South Park country does not do a lot of explaining. A warm, distinctly Colorado print with an unexpected subject and a lot of character.
