The Story Behind This Shot

An old rusted truck cab sinking into tall green grass near the Mount Sneffels overlook outside Ridgway, Colorado, with the jagged Sneffels Range and puffy summer clouds behind it. An old Colorado license plate is still hanging on the back of the cab. The ranch country between Ridgway and the Dallas Divide has views like this around every bend, with some of the most rugged peaks in the San Juans as the backdrop. A nostalgic, colorful Western print with a story in it.
