The Story Behind This Shot
Glacier-polished granite in Rocky Mountain National Park holding one puddle's worth of sky and cloud. The ice that shaped this bench left ten thousand years ago and you can still read its handwriting in the rock. A small spruce has found a crack and made a go of it.
A quiet, geologic landscape print with an unexpectedly intimate subject.
