The Story Behind This Shot
A full moon sinking into the pink belt of Venus while the peaks below catch the first of their alpenglow. Dark timber fills the bottom of the frame and the snow-streaked ridge glows rose above it. The moon does this every month and it never once gets old.
A soft, dreamlike Colorado mountain print with an unusually gentle palette.
