The Story Behind This Shot
An entire drainage dressed for autumn, gold aspens up on the slopes and frosted willows down along the creek bottom. Creek noise was the only sound for an hour. Warm hillside, cold foreground, and a hazy blue ridge closing off the far end.
A layered Colorado fall print with an unusually complete sense of place.
