A hillside outside Crested Butte buried under mule's ears in full bloom, yellow running unbroken from the foreground to the dark timber at the top of the slope. Crested Butte calls itself the wildflower capital of Colorado and mornings like this are the argument. Early light raking across the top of the meadow.
