The Story Behind This Shot
A hand-hewn log cabin with a sagging roof still shrugging off the drifts at eleven thousand feet in Mayflower Gulch, Colorado. Square logs, dovetailed corners, and a hundred and forty winters. They built for keeps back then.
A rugged Colorado mining history print with beautiful texture and honest winter light.
