The Story Behind This Shot
A grove of aspens at peak color turned into pure vertical streaks by moving the camera through the exposure. White trunks become pale ribbons and the canopy becomes a wash of gold and green. Intentional camera movement is mostly failed frames and then one that works.
An abstract autumn print that reads as fine art from across the room and reveals the forest up close.
