The Story Behind This Shot
A pair of orchid blooms at the Denver Botanic Gardens, magenta veining running across white petals like lace and a yellow throat holding the center. Shot wide open so the greenhouse behind falls away to pure green. Orchids reward getting close and then closer.
A vivid botanical macro print that brings serious color to a small wall.
